Cancellation Policy

Before using our services, please take a moment to review our policies:

Cancellation/Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must provide notice at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for cancellations. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered or products purchased.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only allowed if you have an allergy to the product. Defective products can be exchanged within 14 days for the same item.

Late Arrival: Arriving late for a treatment will result in a reduced treatment time, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

Support Animals: Support animals are welcome in the spa, but a valid certificate must be presented.

Children: We encourage a serene and uninterrupted experience, but we understand that sometimes bringing a child is unavoidable.
